Mend Digistat scr Lights Working Heating

Digistat scr - no lights at all - can it be fixed?

Boiler and transmitter working, hot water but no heating. Tried turning off and on but no lights on the receiver at all.

1) can it be fixed?
2) is there a work around to get heating without it whilst it is being fixed or a new unit being sent?
