Mend Britony Combi SE Hot Water Heating Come

How can i get my hot water and heating to come on?

I have the britony combi se my boiler fires up for about a minute then cuts out I cant get any hot water, the valve on the lower left is leaking slightly. I have recently had a new pressure gage and new circuit board fitted. lights come on as If my boiler is working then it cuts out and the red light comes on?
