Mend AEG Santos Profresh Plus Water Fridge Pipe

Water Leak at back of AEG Santos fridge ?

We have an AEG Santos Profresh Plus free standing fridge ... at the back there is a little black pipe that goes into a plastic tray - the latter is full of water and overflows occasionally - how do i get the tray out as it seems to be fixed to a larger black dome
