Mend Ariston A1324 Washing Machine Wont Start Pump

Ariston a1324 won't start even though both lights are on?

My ariston margerita a1324 was clicking around when went to remove clothes.Powered down and then stopped cycling by setting to stop position. Cleared debris from pump & filter bout now the lock light and power light are on but cycle does not start.
