hi don't lay the wm on its back again this could result in damage to the internal parts.sounds like the pump is not at fault here.remove rear panel to give you access to the rear of the drum ,remove drive belt and see if the drum turns with little or no resistance.you can now determine weather the drum is obstructed or worse ,bearing failure,or simply a obstruction between inner outer drum.if all ok suspect motor.try the motor by turning .if you wish to check the pump follow the gray outlet pipe into the bottom of the machine ,you will see where it joins onto the pump secured by a spring loaded clip .whilst you are down there remove the black rubber hose from the drum to the pump and inspect for blockage.look up into the drum to see if you can see anything .
