veritas 8c home alarm?

hi anyone help me with this , plumber turned power off at my house, when he turned it back on my alarm was not working, theres power to it but the key pad dosnt work tamper dosnt work, I just fitter a new battery but its still not working? ive checked the fuses and all seen ok .......paul
