Mend Coolzone CZ51164 Model Working Light

how can I fix my coolzone fridge/freezer?

my Coolzone fridge/freezer, model no. CZ51164 is not working properly,
interior light comes on, compressor runs ok, thermostat works, but neither fridge or freezer cools,
not very old, approx. four years.
Anybody help?
