Mend Dolphin 860 Electric Shower Cold Water Temperature

Dolphin 860 electric shower?

My shower keeps cutting out & going cold. I think the temperature knob isnt working properly, is it fixeable without replacing the whole shower unit?

If so, what do I need to do? Please advise urgently
