Mend New Team 8.5kw Red Standby Light

new team shower problem?

i have a New Team shower 8.5kw electric which when the shower is turned on the red standby light goes out and the shower only comes out with cold water. Ihave tried every setting and temperature control but it is constantly cold water. Does anyone have any ideas? I think the shower is approx 2 years old.
