Mend Neptune Exotic Shower

How can I mend my Neptune Exotic shower?

I have a Neptune Exotic electric shower. this morning I turned it on, it ran for a few seconds and cut out. it has not tripped at the board and the light on the pull cord is still on but, there doesn't seem to be powere to the actual shower. what could be causing this please?
