Mend Gainsborough 9.5 E Electric Shower Water Pressure Temperature

I have a problem with a Gainsborough 9.5 E electric shower?

When the dial is set on cold temperature there is plenty of water pressure, but when the dial is turned up to a hotter temperature the water hardly flows.
Your help would be appreciaed.
