The fridge half of my Zanussi fridge freezer has stopped working?
My Child left the door of the fridge open for 2 or 3 hours, now it doesn't work. Freezer is working, but too hard. The transter fan is also working and will blow cold air up to the fridge if you leave the door of the freezer slightly open, close it again and the cold air transfer stops. I don't think there is anything wrong with the thermostat because if I put ice packs in the fridge the thermostat still works until the ice melts!
I'm at a loss, everything seems to work but it doesn't!

we have had the same problem. We keep turning it off for hours but it still goes the same after a few days. we did'nt insure this fridge/freezer this time and now it is out of warranty also. It is just two new old.

I too have the same problem and can't find anyone locally (Nottm) to fix it. The fridge freezer is only 2 years old but out of warranty!!

I have the same problem have you managed to fix it?
We did have ours re gassed but still the temperature is going up too high and food going off.
Now Domestic and General say they cant fix it.
