Mend Lowry Power Oven Turn

No power to Halogen oven?

Went to turn on My halogen oven but there was no power at all. Changed the fuse in hope, but still no joy. It is a LOWRY oven. It has a clip down handle that pushes a button in at the back to power it up, once the handle is down. The button does not seem to click in.
Dont know if its the thermostat or what, any help much appreciated
