Mend Neff U1722 Oven Repair

How can I fix the fan on my Neff U1722 top oven?

The top oven fan on my Neff U1722 will not switch off even when the oven is cold. Only way to make it stop is to turn of all power to oven. Is there a thermo switch controlling the fan and if so where is is located?
