our galaxy.obssession deluix shower water pressure and temp problem?

sorry for the bad spelling guys i recently turned the dial on my shower the one on the top right with 4 settings now if we want some water pressure the water is cold but if we want any heat we have to turn it right up and then there is very little pressure at all before we had both pressure and heat any of you guys know a fix for this thanks in advance
