Mend Galaxy Aqua 3000 Pressure Blockage Water

Galaxy Aqua 3000 shower. Release valve?

The water has just stopped coming out of the shower head,there is no blockage but somebody mentioned a water pressure release valve, question is,where do i begin to look for this valve thingy?
