Mend Galaxy Neptune Solo MX Water Off Replace Pressure Switch

water off to replace a pressure switch assembly?

I need to replace the pressure switch assembly on a Galaxy Nepture solo MX shower, do I need to turn the water off? The fuse has been removed from the mains so no danger of shock, just will the water come pouring out from the switch assembly pipe?
