where to start ?

my galaxy serene 9.5 has only recently suddenly stopped with no light, no power, no water any body know where I can start ? I have already checked the tripp switches but they are ok nothing has tripped ????

Yes! leave it alone and call a professional plumber who is also part P electrics registered or a part P registered Electrician who is capable of also doing plumbing work and both know the difference between a shower unit and a shaver.

Mean time if you know what a fuse unit looks like in the property check the fuse for the shower hasn't tripped.
