how to relace a puley on a kenwood chef KM010?

How can I replace a pulley - plastic on on a kenwood chef KM010
I have got down to taking the metal place off and now have three alan screws - I am worried about taking these off but guess I have to please advise how to get to the replacement area to fit now part thanks
