Mend Wiring Switch Wires

dimmer switch?

i want to replace a light switch with a dimmer switch but the wiring is not usual.In the switch there are three red wires two black wires and an unconnected earth wire. also the switch i am replacing is metal unlike the current one which is plastic.

call an electrician. the metal switch must be connected to earth. Is it a 2 way switch?
