Mend Simpson Endro 801 Machine Started

Simpson Endro 801 , 8kg , extra heavy duty?

Machine has been in storage, started up fine then stopped dead - I have cleaned unmentionables out of water pump - setup again , completely dead, not even a 'humm'. No fuses in top panel , what next should I look at ? Thanks
