Hoover VT 814D21-80 Leaking from botom?

my Washing machine is leaking (pouring water out) form bottom behind weight (Front of machine). I have changed the seal thinking it was the problem but it is still leaking. Any one had this problem and fixed it ?. The washing machine is just over a year old. Please advise thank you.
