Mend Sagem HTD501 Television Repair Picture

How can I fix my Sagem HTD501?

The picture starts to flicker when the tv has been on for over an hour. If switched off and on again it will only last about 15 minutes before starting again. I replaced the colour wheel about 2 years ago but then it was also noisy as a colour segment had come loose.
