how can i fix my sagem axium hd-d45 tv?

After replacing the bulb and the fuse the TV worked for about a month but the red light advising changing the bulb was still flashing. Now TV will not turn on both lights are red. Bulb is OK and the fuse supplied is higher than the original and has not blown. I have since replaced fuse with the same as originally in TV but it still doesn't work!!
