Mend Indesit WD10 Blocked Pump Drum

how can i make my indesit wd10 washing machine drain?

My indesit WD10 washing machine will not enter the spin step of the washing cycle as it won't drain all the water from the drum--i tried manually draining it by accessing the pump, but is their another filter between the pump and drum that could be blocked?--how do i access this?
