Mend Flymo RCV340 Remove Model Belt

how to remove a Flymo RCV340 Impeller?

I want t remove a Flymo Roller Compact (Model RCV340) Impeller so I can replace the drive belt.
I have taken off the the bolt holding the blade and according to the manual the impeller should just come off too but it appears to be stuck. Any solutions?
