How Can I Fix the Scott Front Wheel Drive Mower - Wheel Transmission?

How can I fix the Pulley Wheel on the Front Drive Scott Mower-Model 228670X8A ? The mower will not pull forward and the belt on the front wheel is still turning. I have removed the belt but cannot remove the Pulley Wheel. I think the teeth on the bottom of the wheel are stripped but I cannot remove it to check. Anyone that can help - I will really appreciate it

You might try the internet for exploded views of the part your talking about .......most of the mowers I have had trouble with I have been able to find owners manuals and parts .....including exploded views of parts ect.
