how can i fix my 2003 ford transit?

2.4 tdci ford transit engine turns but will not start fuel is going to injectors and timing has been checked and appears to be ok vehicle also has compression done a diagnostic check and it says injection pump module requsting reduced fuel. while engine is being cranked there is no smoke coming from exhaust cat has been seperated so is not a blocked cat convertor
