beep beep noise when turned on? Eco 2 in 1 steam master?

When it is switched on after about 5 seconds it starts beeping and doesn't stop any ideas?

Mine does exactly the same thing. I have used it twice with no problem but today, the third time it would not work. Nothing is said in the manual about the beep beep noise but I have a feeling it is at the bottom of the eventual failure.
Trying to find the manufacturer on the web is proving very difficult
