Mend Beko WM5120 Out Electrics

Beko WM5120 keeps tripping out my electrics!!?

When the power is switched on, the lights come on and the unit begins to power up, 3 seconds later the RCD in the consumer unit trips.
Always the same time delay each time before it trips, which is around 3 seconds after power is turned on.
The machine is about 4 years old.
