Bosch Exxcel Dishwasher problem?

No power lights when switched on. No programming either. There was a lot of water in my machine which was backflow from the drainage, and to empty it I turned it on and the pump worked for several minutes, thats all it would do, still with no power lights. I can get the pump to extract for a few seconds when switched on and continuously open and close door. Could this be the door switch thats broken? An engineer thought it was the power switch, changed it, and still not working. He thinks the command module has broken, but he also thinks its underneath the machine.
