I've got a faulty twin hand mixer. What help can I have?
After reading all the comments of the unsatisfied customers, I'm not sure whether I can get any answers.
Anyway, my hand mixer (Breville SHM2 Twin Motor Hand & Stand Mixer) overheated and stopped working. I know someone who have the same mixer same thing happened to her as well. Smoke started coming out from the motor of the hand mixer like mine.
So Breville company should pay back all the customers who complained about the faulty products and should improve your products in the future to avoid all these complaints.
