Delonghi DEM 10 not working?

My Dem 10 has been working for approximately 2 years. Last week it stopped operating and has the low temperature pause light on constantly now and nothing appears to be operating. The room temperature has not altered so it cannot have stopped due to low temperature. I have opened it up and cleaned it of all the dust but this made no effect.
