My GBC Ulltima laminator just keeps getting hotter?

ultimate 65s have a adjustable potentiometer on the main board to set the temperature.....

are you really sure the machine is too hot?

sometimes customers load the machine adhesive side to the red rollers and people think the machine overheated.
