Mend Vax 2000 Working Fine Plug

Vax 2000 no power?

I have a vax 2000 which was working fine till the other day the wire came loose in the plug which I fixed pluged in and it worked for about 10 seconds then stopped I changed the fuse but still no power does not light up any ideas
