Mend Pullman SC3880L Lights Amber Light

lights are on but wont operate pullman steamer SC3880L?

The tank heats up but the amber light won't go green and it won't operate. What could be wrong?

I have the same problem, turns on, heats up, but amber light never goes green, never gets any steam, no way to use any of the unit. What is going on?
