Mend Proline Freezer Showing Lights

Proline freezer?

What sequence should the light indicator be on ?
The 'wheel' is showing Green (thermostat), but there are 3 lights but only the Amber light is lit. There are symbols alongside but I don't know what they mean?.
We have had this freezer for a very long time and have lost manual!!

we have a proline with three lights as follows:

Green means normal freeze and freezer is on.
Amber is the fast freeze facility
Red light is freezer below normal temp.
