my thomson digi box won't reboot ?

all i'm getting is an amber light and flashing green light followed by three lights flashing red green red

My Thomson DT16300 wont reboot i have tried and tried but still wont reboot all Iam getting is Amber light flashing Green followed by Red Green lights. My Box is only 14 mts old and it cost me £89.00. Iam getting no feed back from Thomson's at all it is a disgrace......Can anyone help me.....
