Mend Speed Queen LWS21AW-3602 Washing Fan Drying

speed queen washing machine lws21aw-3602?

I've fitted a new fan belt to machine and at first it was washing but not drying the clothes and with a loud noise. now the 1 motor with belt is turning but machine is not washing and still loud noise.
Seems like belt is not gripping or motor of agitator broken.. any suggestions would be appreciated
