Mend Indesit DW125 Washer Help Machine

Indesit DW125 Washer Dryer not drying washing?

Hi help please. I have a Indesit DW125 Washer Dryer the machine is working fine but for the Drying Cycle , the Heater Element and Fan both are working fine but the washing remains very damp at the end of the cycle, any help appreciated

I have the same problem. I just hope we are doing the right sequence of operations. My washes are programmed correctly. But after the completion, the clothes still contain the soapy water and its hot but not dry.. it doesnt tumble dry at all. I wonder whats wrong.
