How do you unlock a speed queen ultra-mate washing machine?

Was told by a tech rep that there is a panel on the back of the machine that when removed will allow access to a manual release latch.
Called 928-748-3121 spoke w/ Wayne. He is with the new Speed Queen, they are back in the residential market. Said he was speaking from memory. Also said once you get it open can you find the parts to repair it? Might be best to free your laundry and get a new machine. More of an answer than I got from local service who said they couldn't help me and left. At least there was no charge. Has been a great machine for 20 + years, may move on.
