Tricity Bendix Aw1400w How to I clean the drain filter?

My machine won't drain and I think there's a blockage. On the front bottom right of the machine is a door with a grey pipe and a knob you can turn. I tried to open it hoping there might be sthing like a basket behind it, perhaps blocked with fluff or a coin. But the knob comes off and there's a stopper with no obvious way of pulling it out. How do you get into this to get out coins, buttons etc?

you will need to get a screwdriver and remove the filter if the bit you turn to unscrew it has broken off.If it hasn't been removed for ages it might be a pig to get out but it has to come out to clean the filter and check the drain pump impeller rotates freely
