Beko WNB 71642 S washing machine?

My Beko WNB 71642 S washing machine will not rinse or spin only 6 months old. Any help would be great as I can't stand dirty washing lying in the house.

Have you checked the filter at the bottom of the machine. If this is blocked or evenly partially blocked this will slow the speed of the water being emptied and thus prevent the appliance rinsing properly or spinning. Hope this helps

remove the filter bottom right and then shine a torch in to the filter housing and see if something is jammed in the drain pump impeller
