Mend Compartment Freezer Freezing

Fridge is to cold and freezes how can I fix it?

My fridge compartment of my fridge freezer is getting colder and is now freezing things, also once I have open and shut the door I get I gurgling noise of water coming from the back... Any ideas what this could be?
