How do I fix tamper code on Paragon Pyronix alarm?

Just changed the battery on my Paragon Pyronix alarm and now can't set the alarm as can't get past tamper error code. Only know the code we set up for the alarm. Followed the instructions and turned off mains and took out spur fuse before changing the battery.
