The keypad has stopped functioning with zones 134 and tampers lights and pa lit.
I have tried resetting as per user instructions but the lights are staying on and the alarm.
Basically the keypad does nothing!.
Any ideas I'm at a total loss.

Remove the lid take down the battery details.
Refit the lid and retaining screws.
Switch power back on.
Pop your pin in now and the sound should stop.
Now go and buy a battery.

The alarm goes off as soon as I turn the fuse box off and the pin won't stop the alarm???

turn mains power off remove the one srew that hold cover on,alrm will sound key in ur pin then remove the battery get new one refit making sure red lead goes to red on batery and black lead goes to black on battery refit cover turn mains power back on press reset

ah ok how do I get inside the box and where is the battery located.

ur pardoned?inside the control unit there is a battery,it must be replace every 3 or 5 years depending on where the control unit is fiited
