if it was running ok before the belt swap,and that is all that was changed ,why would the flywheel be incorrect..?? Sorry I don't know where the timing marks are ,would like to think your mechanic would know,as you wouldn't remove a timing belt without setting the marks up first ,or at least marking the pulleys..To be honest if the timing is out a tooth or two it would at least run like a bag of worms ,more and you would probably cause internal damage .Are the cam / crank sensors ok
