Mend LDV 2.5 non-turbo Problems Fine Move

ldv engine problems?

2001 ldv 2.5 non-turbo. engine was running fine then went to move it again and it felt really underpowered. just ha the timing belt changed not sure if that has slipped a tooth or not? can anyone help?
