Opel Zafira Club 1.6 Petrol squealing noise from engine?

this is likely the crankcase breather , the 1.6 has a diaphragm in the CAM cover / rocker cover , you can buy these and just replace the diaphragm - clean all pipes to throttle body and the tiny little hole on the lower right pipe connection in TB

Thanks, does top of engine cover need to be removed for this? Today the Opel dealer where I bought the car new 4 years told me it needs new top cover, which costs 200euro fitted. got timing belt changed 1 month ago with them which cost me 250, am wondering could they have overtightened some tensioner...
