citroen dispatch none start?

citroen dispatch 20hdi 04 fitted new turbo changed oil and filter new timing belt fitted vehicle will turn over but will not start no power to fuel pump in tank. i have taken pump out and tested it works.snap on solus will read air bag and abs but not engine man.please not done this for over 30yrs.

You have probrably triggered the fuel cut off switch/roll over valve. Find the switch and reset it.

you may have an immobiliser problem and will need to go to someone with the correct diagnostic reader to look further at this
